"Prayer is a shield to the soul, a delight to God, a scourge to the devil." 1 Thess. 5:16-18
We wish you a very blessed weekend! Greetings from Marga Hooglugt GPN
URGENT: Suriname - Please pray for a miracle of healing for Mr. G. M. He has cancer that has spread all the way.
I like to ask prayer for recovery in our marriage, for clear direction and vision for the choices we have to make. Mr. F.S.
Please pray for the conversion of my cousin H. Pray also that God frees her from her alcohol addiction. Mrs. M.
Every day,  I put my worries down in my prayers to God. God provides me often, but sometimes I have to deal with angry attacks, and angry threatening letters. Therefore I ask your help in this. Mrs. A.
I urgently need your prayers. I am without money. I worked hard but still I cannot get my money, but now I have to pay many bills. I beg you to pray for Gods solution to my financial problem for me. Mr. P. S.
Uganda: Susan I., a teenager who was tortured by her father because of her Christian faith, began a new school term this past month. She suffered permanent damage to her legs as a result of being kept in a tiny room. An older Christian woman and a pastor are taking care of Susan. Despite the challenges she faces, Susan moved her things into the school with a broad smile. "Thank you for your love, care, and help for me," she wrote in a letter to her supporters. "I am happy to have friends that God has sent to help me." Pray for Susan's success in school, for her health and that her faith will remain strong
On July 2th, I had a operation for a tumor at my little brains. It all went well and I have had lots of prayer. I am very happy with it, but I wait for the test result. I believe that it is good. Please pray for my recovery. I still have headaches and sleep very badly. Mrs. A. B.
Iran: Pastor Robert A. a leader of the Central Assemblies of God (AOG) church in Tehran, was released from prison on July 2 after spending 43 days in jail. It appears that Pastor Asseriyan has been released on bail, but authorities have warned him and his family not to discuss his release or his upcoming trial. Their silence is a condition of his release. Pastor Asseriyan was arrested on May 21 during a prayer meeting at the church. Before arresting Pastor Asseriyan, authorities raided his home, where they confiscated a computer and several books. They closed the church the day after his arrest. Continue to pray for Pastor Asseriyan and the AOG church as they struggle to remain one of the few churches in Iran providing Farsi-language services. VOM Contact
Pray that the man that I love will strongly resist the temptation. I'm grateful to God for His help with this in the past. Miss D.
Please pray for God provision for Mrs. P.P. She has problems with her lungs and heart and her illness insurance would want to disapprove her of 100%. She asks especially prayer for her healing, because she wants to serve in the Church the Lord.
Please pray for the conversion of Mr. J. of 57 years. He went 1x to the church. Pray for his healing. By accident his two legs are broken. Mrs. G.
We ask your special prayer for the coming week, when the children, teenagers and youth and the camp leaders go to camp with the JMWM. That God's Word and the power of the Holy Spirit miraculously will work among them. Pray that they will met Gods love on a special way. That this blessing will make a change  and will be seen in their personal live and families.
