Every
Home for Christ workers in Zambia went to a remote community to give
every lost soul there an opportunity to hear the Gospel. When our
workers heard music coming from the local tavern early in the morning,
they went inside to find the owner preparing for his day. He was in a
back room stacking boxes when they introduced themselves and said they
had come to bring him life-changing news.
The
tavern owner asked them to wait for just a moment and led them to the
bar. When he turned on the lights, our workers discovered a room full of
patrons seeking relief from their troubles by indulging in the local
brew. Then the owner silenced the music and instructed the unsuspecting
audience to listen to what the visitors had to say.
Our
workers shared a visual presentation of the Gospel depicting the
struggle between good and evil and the guilt that comes when we sin.
When they asked if anyone wanted to receive Jesus Christ as Savior and
be given a second chance at life, 20 weeping patrons raised their hands.
Stories
like this are pouring in from all around the world, revealing a
desperate hunger and thirst for the Gospel. We have thousands of global
