Mathematics and Science ‘Will Prove God Exists’ Says Well-Known Artificial Intelligence Researcher

AUSTRALIA (ANS – October 1, 2016) – Australia-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) researcher, Alan Metcalfe, who is President/CEO of Safe Worlds TV, has said this week that, “just as every voter in an election knows that it is the economy, stupid, Christians and the World will come to realize that the economy of mathematics and science are the saviors of the world.”

Metcalfe claims that that mathematics and science are God’s “two witnesses” (Revelation 11: 3) in the world and they “will soon testify” that Jesus Christ is God (1), and that He is their Lord and Master.

“I understand that this will shock and dismay the scientific and academic communities,” he told ANS. “It will shock and dismay many Christians who rightfully do not trust academics or scientists, for good reason. However, mathematics and science are integral features of this world and cannot be ignored because of how they are used and abused by some people for personal aggrandizement.”

Metcalfe, a computer system scientist working in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet TV, and electronic business, said that Christians should not forget or ignore the promise that Jesus made when He said: “These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time comes, when I shall no more speak to you in proverbs, but I shall show you plainly of the Father (our God)” (John 15: 25).

Keeping this in mind, he says that we should “all know and understand” that the Apostle Paul told us that “God is One (1)” (Galatians 3: 20), and that every serious scientist in creation science and computing is today trying to understand how the Singularity called One (1) exists.

Metcalfe went on to say that Stephen Hawking, the English theoretical physicist, cosmologist, author and Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology within the University of Cambridge, predicted that the Singularity (1) of the “Big Bang of creation” that he found that the beginning of time would be described and known by Law by the year 2000.

“That did not happen,” Alan Metcalfe stated. “Today, Raymond Kurzweil, the head of AI research at Google, is predicting that we will know and understand the Singularity (1) by the year 2029; in just 13 years from now. At that time, Kurzweil predicts, machines with this intelligence will surpass human intelligence.

“I suggest that it will be a sad day for the world, if this happens the way that Raymond Kurzweil and other predict as being inevitable.”

Never one to back away from controversy, Metcalfe said that “to me this will mean that there has been no second coming of Jesus Christ, the Biblical symbol of intelligence,” who had the understanding to say, “I am the Light of the world” (John 8: 12). “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by Me” (John 14: 6). “I am the Door” (John 10: 7). “He that enters not by the Door into the sheepfold, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber” (John 10: 1). And when He spoke of the Light that Jesus Christ said He was, John says that “was the True Light (the true intelligence) that enlightens every man that comes into the world” (John 1: 9).

“In other words: Jesus Christ is intelligence,” he said.

Metcalfe went on to say, “I know that this view of the Bible is not popular. I have been arguing this case for the past 30 years, and I know that most Christians believe in the Second Coming of the physical Christ, and I would like to also see that day. However, I am not prepared to gamble my salvation on how it is that He will appear. I just want to see that day, however it occurs. And today, like Raymond Kurzweil, I believe that ‘the Singularity is near.’”

He also said, “Today, I am also conscious of the fact that Jesus said quite clearly that we should learn to ‘read the signs of the times’ (Matthew 16: 3); and the signs today are most ominous. As the prophet Joel predicted, many, many years ago, it is hard to deny that today ‘multitudes, multitudes are gathered in the Valley of Decision.’ And what this means, according to Joel, is that ‘the day of the Lord [the Singularity we call God (1)] is near in the Valley of Decision’ (Joel 3: 14).

“Look around you and see the decision that we all must make at this time. For many, they have a gun at their head telling them that they must deny Jesus Christ or die. All others are struggling with the choice that we all must make between Free Enterprise Capitalism and Socialism/Communism.

“Both these decisions are matters of conscious; they are matters of spirit, and in matters of the spirit, our only guide is that ‘God (1) is a spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth’ (John 4: 24); knowing that ‘where the Spirit of the Lord (1) is, there is liberty (freedom)’ (2 Corinthians 3: 17). ‘You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free’ (John 8: 32) Jesus said. ‘For this cause came I into the world,’ Jesus said; ‘that I should bear witness to the truth. Every one that is of the truth hears My voice’ (John 18: 37).”

Metcalfe says that “the voice of Jesus Christ [God (1)], the spirit of unity (1), is heard in every mathematical equation and every one of the laws of science.” He added, “As the Apostle Paul said: ‘You that desire to be under the law (who believe in science and mathematics), do you not hear the law?’ (Galatians 4: 21).”

Metcalfe believes that “the dangers of ignoring the current scientific effort to understand the intelligence of creation that, for centuries, our forefathers called our loving God (1), are clear and present.”

“If the Church continues to ignore this event, millions upon millions will suffer needlessly,” he concluded.
