Stand Fast

Stand sure in the place that I have set you, my child. For no matter if the winds and waves come, you will remain standing, not because of your ability to stand, but because of my ability to keep you planted.
For you have wondered which direction to go next and so now I plant you in a sure place. I am putting you in a place where you can stand and see and hear and understand what I am doing. For while you are running and not listening, you will not receive the directions you need for the rest of your journey.
So stand fast this day. Stand fast against the attacks of the enemy. Stand fast against the winds and the rain. Stand fast against your own doubts and your fears. Then once the noise subsides, you will hear my voice ring through once again. You will begin to hear me speak and you will begin to feel my hand moving you in a fresh direction.
So stand fast and silence all the noise that is around you, so that I might speak to you and give you the answers and directions that you crave at this time, says the Lord. Amen.
