Hope for the Forgotten Ones
Southwestern China´s Yunnan Province is home to many tribal groups.
They may speak different languages, but what many of them have in common
is extreme poverty.
Christian Aid is working with believers in
one community to launch a comprehensive program that will offer a
pre-school, medical care, and agricultural and vocational training.
Students and alumni of a
Christian Aid-assisted Bible school in
China will facilitate the projects. We have the opportunity to purchase
a 12-acre site where a multi-purpose facility can be constructed. The
down-payment for the land costs about $300,000.
