URGENT:
Pray God that the cancer, that has not spread because of chemo therapy,
will leave my sister completely. Pray also for God’s strength during
these treatments. Pray for comfort and strength for the family, who have
to miss their younger brother since last April. That God will protect
and bless my niece (20), who stands alone. Mrs. C.P.

Please pray for God’s blessing for the entire group that will go on a SUMMER MISSION TRIP to GENEVA from Monday 4th until Monday August 11th. Pray
for opportunities and conversations during the evangelistic outreaches
in Lakeside, Paquis, Meyrin and Jardin Anglais. Pray for God’s anointing
during the Evangelism Services in Residence Reposa, where Evangelist
John T.L. Maasbach will preach the Word of God.

Israel:
No one can fully comprehend the fear, agony and suffering any person
endures who is living in a country engaged in war. Please pray for the
peace of Israel. We cry out to You, o God, Israel’s strong tower. As the
IDF has entered Gaza, go before them, Lord, into every tunnel, every
street, every building. Protect each soldier and guide them to
accomplish the mission of destroying the terrorist infrastructure and
returning Israel to quiet and safety. Prayer Alert

My
son R.Z. (41) is lazy and does not want to work. He uses drugs and has
no sense of responsibility. His father is an alcoholic and his
grandparents are involved in occultism. Pray for their repentance and
deliverance from their bondage. Mrs. M.

Colombia:
Before giving his life to Christ, Elmer persecuted Christians as a
guerrilla commander. ‘Instead of being a messenger of hate, I am now a
messenger of peace,’ he says. The guerrillas consider Elmer both a
deserter and a threat for leading others to Christ. ‘I know that many
would like to kill me,’ he says. Pray for God’s strength and protection,
because despite the risk, Elmer continues to share the Gospel on the

Mrs.
M. is of Indian origin and has a mother who is causing religious
tensions in the family. She was disappointed in what she has experienced
in her life. Pray for outcome, a solution in her problems, but
especially for a conversion in her life. That she will live according to
the Word of God. Pray also for her studies and work, and that they will
visit a church again. Pray for deliverance for her mother.

Cuba: Pastor Esmir Torreblanca, his wife, Marieta, and their two children, ages 7 and 11, were left homeless on July 2nd,
after Cuban authorities raided and demolished their home, which also
served as a church. Government authorities, including state security and
Cuban Communist Party officials, broke through the front door of their
home in Santiago de Cuba at about 6 AM, while the family was still
sleeping. Officials were seen loading church property and the family’s
belongings into trucks before bulldozing the building. Authorities also
confiscated identification cards from church members who tried to
interfere. Pray for strength and provision for this family and church

Ms.
v.S. asks prayer for healing of heartburn. As a result, she feels sick
and cannot work. Pray for deliverance from tension. That’s the reason
why she eats wrong things in the evening and becomes sick again.

India:
My brother, D.J., does not work and must sell his furniture to buy
food. He also used alcohol out of frustration, causing strife in his
family. His wife is distraught. Pray that God provides in work and frees
him from alcohol.

Iraq:
Pray for ‘Nadir,’ pastor of an evangelical church in Kirkuk, who has
survived two bombing attempts. While dozens from his congregation have
fled the country, he has chosen to stay. ‘Our church has been bleeding
out,’ Nadir said, ‘but I believe all the chairs of the church will be
filled by believers from Muslim backgrounds. They are the new generation

Ukrainian:
Evangelical churches in the eastern city of Donetsk are being targeted
by pro-Russian forces, which view the evangelicals as ‘sects’ that
support the Ukrainian government by praying for peace. VOM has received
reports of at least nine attacks on Christians, churches and church-run
drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers. Pastor Sergei Kosyak, pastor of
an Assemblies of God church in Donetsk and founder of the ‘Prayer for
Ukraine’ movement, was detained and beaten for four hours. In another
incident, on June 17th, gunmen broke into a Christian
rehabilitation center and held 29 people hostage, before later releasing
them. Pro-Russian rebels have detained other pastors and have robbed
and looted churches. Many evangelicals in the region refuse to take up
weapons on principle, and some congregations have been very public about
the fact that they are praying for unity in Ukraine. VOM Contact

PRAYER HELPS: Mrs.
S. has glaucoma, an eye disease that can lead to blindness. She had
asked for prayer, and the next day the cover through which she could not
see, was removed. Praise the Lord!

ANSWERED PRAYER: On July 9th you prayed for my finances. On July 10th
I received notice that my benefits is granted. Now is still need to
receive a housing benefit. Praise the Lord that I can still live in my
house this month and that I will have enough money to give to God. Mr.
