‘When we put our problems into God’s hands, He puts His peace into our hearts.’ (Psalm 37:7)
We wish you a powerful time of prayer and a very blessed week! Greetings from Marga Hooglugt – GPN
URGENT: Pray and fast for a miracle of healing for Mrs. J.B. of an incurable cancer. She is weakened and she puts her trust in the Lord Jesus. Pray also for strength for her husband and children.
URGENT: Please pray for healing for Mrs. D.W. She is now in the hospital in the Intensive Care (ICU).
Mexico: Twenty-six Christian families were recently forced to leave their homes in Las Margaritas, Chiapas, Mexico, when local authorities denied them municipal services, including water and electricity. A spokesperson for the families said authorities demanded the equivalent of $380 per family and that the families abandon their evangelical faith in exchange for reinstating the services. ‘The community didn’t kick us out directly,’ the spokesperson said. ‘But we didn’t have water, they didn’t allow us to gather wood. Sunday at 9 p.m., 130 people left the city, and we remain as refugees.’ The group said the conflict originated from their refusal to contribute to local religious festivals of those who mix folk beliefs with Catholicism. The festivals involve large amounts of alcohol and debauchery. Please pray for God’s strength, protection and a solution in their situation.
Pray that God will protect my mind and body and keep my faith strong for what and whom I have prayed for. To keep me in this, until it is complete. Ms. D.
Jamaica: Please pray for the healing of my daughter V., who is mentally ill. Mr. E.L.
Mrs. v.P. was a Jehovah witness for a long time. Pray for deliverance from God. Since recently she visits a Blessing church.
Iran: Three Christian converts were arrested on May 29th at a house church service in Esfahan. Security forces entered the house and arrested Mohammad-Reza Farid, Saeed Safi and Hamid-Reza Ghadiri. Authorities also seized the Christians’ identification cards, and family members have not been told where the men were taken. Christians, especially those who are of Persian ethnicity, have faced increasing persecution as Iran’s Islamic regime attempts to stop the growth of Christianity.
Please pray for healing of my father, Mr. R.G. He is half sided paralyzed. Pray also that he gives his heart to Jesus. Mrs. J.G.
Indonesia: Please pray for me. My wife R. has the sickness kleptomania. We went to several specialists, but it does not help. Please pray for her deliverance. Mr. B.B.
Can you pray for healing of Mr. Ramdas W., from his stomach problems, abdominal pains, haemorrhoids pain, headaches and nerve problems? Mr. W.R.
New York City: I ask special prayer today. When I woke up this morning, I could not catch my breath. brother Danny
Please pray for a woman (anonymous), for healing of all sorts of physical illness and pains. Pray that God will deliver her from anorexia. She is currently very weak.
Egypt: What has Demiana said wrong during her class? The Christian teacher has no idea. Last week in Luxor, she was sentenced by the court for insulting the Prophet Muhammad. In May, the teacher was arrested and taken to prison, because a few parents submitted a case against her. Last week the Court discussed this matter further and made the decision. Demiana was not sentenced to imprisonment, as would be for her ‘crime’. However, the teacher got a hefty fine. Pray for Demiana, that she can deal with the injustice that was done to her in a proper way. That she may surrender her feelings of anger, resentment and grief to God. Pray for the students who are in Demiana’s class. Pray that the parents who decided to sue her, will come to their senses. Pray also for other Egyptian Christians accused of blasphemy or imprisoned for this reason. That they will experience God’s presence and power. Open Doors
