A
team of indigenous missionaries in Burma (also called Myanmar) boards a
boat in order to proclaim the message of Christ’s salvation to a tribe
in a remote village. The indigenous ministry conducts gospel tours and
discipleship seminars in various areas, teaching and preaching for five
days at a time. The ministry director said one former student who has
worked in a village for two years recently established a new church
there. “There are 13 families who accepted the Lord as their Savior,” he
said. “Praise God for His wonderful work. They would like to have a
church building and have reserved a piece of land for the church yard.
We prayed for them for the new building at the site.”
