Arab, Sudanese in Egypt

Arab, Sudanese in Egypt
The Sudanese Arabs originated in the Khartoum region of Sudan many centuries ago. Today, they live primarily in northern and central Sudan and in Egypt. The Sudanese Arabs have intermarried with the African tribes of Sudan, giving them a darker skin tone.
Ministry Obstacles
A foundational problem is the nature of Christ - is He merely a prophet? The work of the Holy Spirit is necessary to help Muslims grasp the full nature of Christ.
Outreach Ideas
Arabs in Egypt may be more accessible to sources of the Gospel message than in other countries. Pray that Egyptian believers may reach out to these people.
Pray for the followers of Christ
Pray for the few Christian believers among the Sudanese Arabs in Egypt, that they may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way. Pray for their protection and growth into maturity.
Pray for the entire people group
Pray for the Sudanese Arabs wherever they may live, that they will increasingly acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God, and will desire to follow him.
Scripture Focus
"All the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats." Matthew 25:32
