When you work in Correctional facilities for as long as I have (12 years) you tend to become slightly blasé about your surroundings. Walking through a prison to me is no different than walking through a shopping mall. But every now and then one gets an unexpected reminder. Just the other day one of the Correctional Officers was stabbed in Pollsmoor Prison, Cape Town by one of the offenders. It brought home the reality that the place in which we work can be very dangerous. Does that stop our work? Absolutely not! That just gives us even more reason to continue what we are doing. It is for this very reason that we live and breathe. Changing the life of a petty criminal is great and it may just stop another loaf of bread from being stolen, but when the life of a murderer, gangster or rapist is changed, we prevent another LIFE from being taken or destroyed. The Correctional officer is in recovery. Pray against the stabbings of Correctional Officers in Pollsmoor Prison and any jail known to you. Pray for the protection of Correctional Officers against any act of violence. Pray that Correctional Officers will stand for justice and not perform any act of corruption or bribery.

I am working for a furniture company as a sales manager. As per market situation the business is very dull. My general manager has given me warning letter saying that if I don’t produce 500.000 business this month he will terminate me from the job. I am very worried my family is on my visa. Please pray for me, may God protect my job. A.

Thank God that He is faithful, His mercy and compassion is new every morning! Pray that the church would wake up from its slumber and earnestly seek God through prayer and fasting for revival in our nation of Russia.

Pray for Sveta to have wisdom and obedience. Pray for her and me to be good friends. Please, pray for me to have more support at this difficult time. Pray for Sveta not to be messy. Pray for the riches of the Gentiles to come into my hands.

Please get into agreement with me for the healing and deliverance of Maritsa of diabetes and panic attacks. Mrs. L.

According to a new report released by Save the Children, up to 175 million children every year could be affected by natural disasters resulting from climate change within the next decade. Disasters such as floods, cyclones and droughts, as well as a dramatic increase in malnutrition and disease, could have a devastating impact if something is not done to curb the effects of climate change. We are already seeing the results of climate change in the high number of natural disasters that have hit the Asia-Pacific region over the last few months. We must continue to pray for these countries as they face the huge challenge of rebuilding their communities physically, emotionally and spiritually. Pray for the United Nations Climate Change Conference taking place in Copenhagen from 7-18 December 2009. Pray those world leaders would be passionate about and active in combating climate change, and that they would truly understand the implications of what would happen if they did not do so. Pray for the communities in all the following countries - Samoa, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia and others who have been affected by natural disasters.

I need healing for congestive heart failure and prayer for shortness of breath and pain. Mrs. L.

Let every song of sorrow in my life be turned to songs of joy, in Jesus name. Every good thing you promised me for this year, they shall not pass me by, in Jesus name. I will not fail, because Jesus never fails.

Let every door of attack on my spiritual progress be closed, in Jesus' name. Holy Spirit, set me on Fire for God. I command all my imprisoned benefits to be released, in Jesus' name. Lord anoint me to pull down negative strongholds standing against me. S.

Please pray for Nina, she needs strength to recover from the difficult time she is going through right now. That her mind may be renewed and she will be totally free of every wrong voice she is hearing. That the love of Christ may fill her completely.

Please pray for my granddaughter of 11. She is extremely aggressive and doesn’t not obey at all. When I observe her I can see she is different than other kids. It looks like it is demonic. Please pray for her deliverance. That she will be free and will be able to be the kid Jesus wants her to be. Also for her parents, that they will be saved. Sis. S.L. Suriname.
